Dear Subway,
Once again, I have continued to give you my business, and once again, one of your problematic stores is still underachieving.
This morning, I went to your store located at 1768 Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. I arrived at 9:00am and left almost ten minutes later when I realized the store was as empty as an employment office on food stamp day.
I went to get my grandmother and me breakfast at McDonald's instead. I prefer to eat Subway because your food is healthier and of a higher quality, but it seems that some of your stores just are hellbent on making that impossible:
I'm letting you know because if I were a business owner, I'd want to be aware if my employees were tarnishing my reputation and costing me money. Perhaps it is time you reevaluate the type of people you have running some of your stores.
