VIDEO OF DVD-THROUGH-NAVI SETUP!

Sadly enough, Automobilius peelius was crashed by some drunken punk in Dirty Destin, Florida. However,  Automobilus peelius has a worthy successor, Lizzie.

Okay so before I get started...  I keep getting asked why the car is named Lizzie.  It is named Lizzie because Lizzie was with me and said that I had to name the car, so she just named it Lizzie.  Since the navi talks in a female voice, I figured it fits.  Here is the real Lizzie.  Now you know.

Baby's First Pictures, Shortly After Pick Up, 10.07.05-- I ordered a rear wing spoiler, but it will not be in or installed until 10.14.05.

I had to upgrade the stereo.  Basically, I just grabbed a couple of 12 inch subs, a couple of amps, a Cleansweep, and a 60 gigabyte iPod.

At less than a week old, her dash is dismantled for upgrading, 10.10.05.

The finished product looks and sounds pretty good.

The weekend of 10.14.05 was a big one for Lizzie.  Her spoiler was added Friday morning, in the afternoon I took O.G. to Gulf Shores, Saturday morning we woke up, dropped off O.G., and then picked up The Grain Fairy (Kendall) and went to downtown Atlanta to stay at the Ritz-Carlton.  The Navigational System was extremely useful!!!

Not only is Lizzie powerful and fast (244 horsepower V6), but she is efficient.  Driving conservatively, I made it from Montgomery to Mountainbrook achieving an average of 37.9 miles to the gallon!

For Christmas my dad gave me factory Honda fog lights and a auto day/night mirror with compass.  It was installed on 01.14.06.

Sam convinced me to put Lizzie on the dyno to see what she was capable of doing.  On her best run, she created 210.17 horsepower at the wheels and 184.37 pounds of torque!

(by the way I realize the background song was written about motorcycles but I like it so back off!)
